Our final Messy Church gathering for 2014 was a Messy Christmas!
Even at this crazy time of the year 103 people attended. We made Christmas Crafts, Christmas angels and Christmas lanterns. We had donkey races and enjoyed 'following the star' hunt. We had special photos taken in the manger photo booth. These photos were them emailed to those who requested them so that they could be used in their Christmas Letters! We took a break at the 'Prepare the way' prayer station, explored the Christmas story with the ABC Christmas Tree. Many people also had their faces painted! In our celebration time we learnt about the reason why Christmas is messy. We Gave thanks that Jesus is our Saviour who has come and save us from our mess! With the help of candle light we sung some Christmas carols including the Messy Christmas Carol! We then enjoyed another awesome a meal together!
