What happened?
At this messy church we celebrated our own version of the Longest Lutheran Lunch....or better known now as the Longest Messy Feast. Around this time of the year over 120 Longest Lutheran Lunch events are held across Australia , New Zealand and around the world. We learnt about the fruits of the spirit through fun activities. We than gathered together for our celebration time where Mathew taught us that just as a tree can be easily identified by it's fruits so too we are known by our fruits! Elise and Mathew introduced us to the most amazing fruits of the spirit action song. .. "The fruit of the Spirit is not a coconut.....' We then enjoyed our Longest Messy Feast meal together - finishing off with 77 fruit kebabs joined together in a long line! |
Fruits of the Holy Spirit
